Using WhichAI

WhichAI provides workflow research, recommendations, and related software features. By using the site or an account, you agree to use the service lawfully and to provide accurate information when you create an account or submit a workflow request.

Recommendations and decisions

WhichAI output is informational guidance, not legal, financial, employment, security, or other professional advice. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Review recommendations, verify current third-party pricing and availability, and decide whether a workflow is appropriate for your business.

Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

Starter and Pro are paid monthly subscriptions. The price, usage limits, features, and any checkout terms for a plan are shown at checkout. A subscription renews monthly until you cancel it through the Stripe billing portal in your account settings.

Ordinary cancellation through the Stripe billing portal stops the next renewal. When the portal schedules cancellation for period end, access continues through the current paid billing period, and there are no cancellation fees. Account deletion is a separate action that cancels an active subscription and deletes the local account data as part of the deletion process, so access may end immediately.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We generally do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused usage, or accidental purchases, except where required by law or where a different term was stated explicitly at checkout.

Your content and our service

You keep the rights to content you submit. You give WhichAI permission to process that content as needed to provide and operate the service. Workflow prompts are processed by Perplexity to generate results. WhichAI retains its software, design, and original service materials. Do not submit confidential or regulated information unless you are authorized to do so and accept the risks of using the service.

Availability and limits

The service depends on WhichAI and third-party systems. Access, features, limits, and results may change or be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, security or abuse prevention, or other reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a service level, response time, security certification, audit, or particular result. To the extent permitted by law, WhichAI is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
