About WhichAI

The stack beforethe runtime.

WhichAI was built because too many teams committed to an agent, a tool, or a subscription before knowing what stack they actually needed. The expensive mistake is not picking the wrong AI. It is picking one at all before the workflow is clear.

We answer the decision before the runtime question. Name the job. Get the stack. See the math. Then choose how you want to run it.

Why this exists

The problem we saw

Founders and operators were buying AI subscriptions, wiring agent platforms, and setting up automations, but the earlier operating question was still unresolved: what stack should exist, who owns it, and what will it cost to run?

What we built instead

A system that starts with the outcome, decomposes the process, identifies a suitable tool for each step, and returns a recommendation with modeled economics, hiring alternatives, and execution blueprints.

The standard

An example only counts if someone serious could read it and decide whether to roll the stack out, delegate it, or reject it for a better option. That is the bar every workflow has to clear.

The Origin

Built around the gapbetween an answer and a system.

Broad AI tools can produce useful answers, but recurring work still breaks across source systems, handoffs, review, exceptions, and the final system of record. A good response is not the same thing as an operating workflow.

WhichAI starts one level earlier. It decomposes the job, identifies fit-for-purpose tools, sequences the work, names the human boundary, and makes the assumptions visible before a team commits to implementation.

Ibrahim built WhichAI around that standard: start with the outcome, map the work, select the stack, model the economics, and make a decision before adding another subscription or another role.

Ibrahim Rawashdeh, Founder

The principle

Serve others with integrity and ruthless efficiency. Every workflow is designed to give someone a real operating decision, not another piece of AI output they have to edit or doubt.

The bar

Each workflow must answer: what stack should exist, who owns it, what it costs, what work changes, and which assumptions must be tested before rolling it out.

The approach

  • • No tool directories or curated lists
  • • No broad AI output treated as a finished workflow
  • • No subscriptions before the workflow is clear
  • • Fit-for-purpose tool selection with modeled economics

What We Believe

The convictions behindevery recommendation.

The decision comes before the tool.

The expensive mistake is committing to an AI subscription before you know what job it is doing, who owns it, and what the ROI math looks like. WhichAI answers the decision question first.

Fit matters more than popularity.

A familiar tool can still be wrong for a specific stage. The workflow should connect tools that fit the work, the evidence, the controls, and the systems the team already uses.

The workflow must survive contact with reality.

A recommendation is not useful because it looks impressive. It is useful if someone can read it and decide to roll the stack out, delegate it, or reject it for a better option.

Transparency is the product.

Every workflow shows the spend, the hiring alternatives, the execution sequence, and the ROI. If the math does not work, we want you to see that before you buy anything.

Paid access keeps the product serious.

Workflow generation is reserved for Starter and Pro users so WhichAI can stay focused on people who are ready to act on the recommendation, not browse another toy trial.

Efficiency with integrity.

Every workflow is designed to support a real operating decision. Outputs remain subject to source checks, human review, and the evidence required by the consequence of the work.

The Flow

What happens whensomeone builds a workflow.

1

Name the job

Describe the business task in plain English, such as competitor monitoring, launch operations, or customer insights.

2

Get the stack

WhichAI returns tool options with URLs, configuration steps, pricing context, and the tradeoffs behind each option.

3

See the math

Review the modeled time and cost assumptions, hiring alternatives, and the baseline required to test the scenario against your operation.

4

Make the decision

Evaluate the recommendation. If it is sharp, run it. If not, refine the task and use the next paid workflow on a more precise operating question.

Next Move

If the decision frame is sharperthan what you have now, use it on your own task.
